Job summary

Civitech is hiring a Client Success Support Specialist. This fully remote, seasonal position runs through November and pays $20 per hour, with a typical 20–40 hours per week.

The role focuses on responding to voter inquiries, documenting interactions, and ensuring excellent customer service from a remote setting across the United States. Ideal candidates have strong communication and empathy, with experience in call centers or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from voters and address inquiries or requests.
• Document interactions accurately in the support software for future reference.
• Deescalate complaints professionally and seek suitable resolutions.
• Follow call center procedures, scripts, and policies for consistency and compliance.
• Manage call times to meet performance targets and service levels.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in stressful situations.
• Support text-based outreach as needed.
