Job summary

SingleComm is looking for a VoIP Operations Engineer to manage and scale a carrier-grade voice platform. The role requires hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH and Kamailio, and demands strong debugging skills and clear communication.

You will support live VoIP operations, address SIP/RTP issues, and collaborate with account executives to ensure efficient service delivery. This position is remote and requires work during EST hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years Hands-on VoIP/Telecom/Voice Infrastructure experience.
• Production exposure to FreeSWITCH and/or Kamailio.
• Comfortable operating on production systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support a live VoIP platform.
• Debug SIP/RTP issues and call quality problems.
• Participate in a light on-call rotation.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and automation.
