Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Voice Operations Engineer to own the reliability and performance of our production VoIP infrastructure. You will oversee SBCs, SIP trunking, and media gateways, ensuring 99.99%+ availability while scaling for growth.

You will lead incident response, build automation, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve call quality and platform observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting SIP-based VoIP environments in enterprise, SaaS, or service-provider settings.
• Expert-level understanding of SIP, RTP, SRTP, WebRTC, and ENUM.
• Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) in production environments.
• Solid IP networking knowledge and impact on voice quality and reliability.
• Experience writing automation in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Effective communication of complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of VoIP infrastructure across US data centers, SBCs, SIP trunking, and media gateways.
• Design capacity planning strategies to support growth and new product launches.
• Develop SLA dashboards, runbooks, and automated alerting for rapid issue resolution.
