Job summary

Dual Path LLC is seeking a VoIP Engineer for the Managed Services team. This remote, full-time role focuses on hosted voice support, deployments, troubleshooting, and site transitions across the country.

You’ll own SkySwitch deployments, SIP troubleshooting, and coordination with onsite technicians and carriers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in VoIP/UC, strong SkySwitch experience, and solid networking know-how.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on VoIP, telecom, or UC experience.
• Strong experience with SkySwitch or a similar hosted PBX or UCaaS platform.
• Solid understanding of SIP, hosted VoIP, call routing, and voice troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SkySwitch and other hosted VoIP platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot DIDs, extensions, phones, voicemail, auto attendants, call queues, ring groups, schedules, call routing, and E911.
• Support Microsoft Teams Phone, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, number assignments, calling policies, auto attendants, and call queues.
