Qualifications

• Certificate or associate's degree in electronics, telecommunications, or computer networking.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• CCENT, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and document network equipment per design.
• Provide day-to-day network and telephony support for reliability.
• Implement and manage UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
• Troubleshoot UCaaS/CCaaS platforms to ensure service quality.
• Provide first-level escalation support for network issues.
• Assist with network upgrades and hardware/software installation.
• Troubleshoot 802.1x security configurations.
• Maintain knowledge through training and research.
• Promote teamwork within IT and the company.
• Ensure redundancy and availability of networking resources.
• Serve as next-level support for helpdesk.
