Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a VMware Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments. The role emphasizes automation, capacity management, and supporting cloud-native workloads using vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria, and Tanzu.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on VMware experience, strong scripting capabilities with PowerCLI, and excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization environments across on-premises and hybrid cloud.
• Focus on automation, capacity management, and operational discipline for a large VMware estate.
• Collaborate with teams to support modern cloud-native workloads and integration with Tanzu.
• Maintain disaster recovery readiness and perform ongoing troubleshooting across compute, network, and storage layers.
