Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a VMware Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise VMware virtualization and cloud infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Tanzu, and automation, with a focus on performance, scalability, and infrastructure reliability.

This 100% remote, full-time role offers opportunities to work on large-scale cloud and virtualization projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of VMware platform engineering experience.
Strong expertise with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX-T.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and VCF environments.
Administer Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, vRealize, and NSX-T networking.
Implement disaster recovery using SRM and replication technologies.
Automate VMware infrastructure using PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and vRO.
Monitor performance, capacity, and security; support upgrades and lifecycle management.
Integrate VMware platforms with cloud environments (VMC, AVS, GCVE).
Troubleshoot compute, storage, and networking issues; maintain documentation.
