The role involves hiring, coaching, and driving performance to meet client KPIs, with strong collaboration across Client leadership and EVERSANA stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years managing virtual sales teams in health care, 2+ years in virtual pharma sales, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years managing virtual sales teams in healthcare/pharma.
• 2+ years in virtual pharmaceutical sales or related roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and lead virtual sales team.
• Act as liaison between Client sales leadership and EVERSANA for daily requests.
• Collaborate with Client field leadership for integration and strategy.
• Provide program oversight and serve as the single contact for the Client.
• Develop call guides and monitor KPI performance with the team.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with the Client.
