Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Remote-based Virtual Sales Manager (VSM) to lead virtual sales teams and oversee sales operations for assigned targets. You will report to EVERSANA leadership and collaborate with Market Access, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Medical Science Liaison teams to drive brand strategy and sales through hiring, training and development.

The VSM will coach on virtual account management, engage diverse healthcare professionals through digital platforms, and ensure KPI targets

Qualifications

Four-year Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
4+ years managing virtual sales teams in healthcare/pharma.
2+ years in virtual pharma sales, inside sales, customer success, tele-sales, or omnichannel engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Proficient with Client alignment and cross-level interactions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities and provide ongoing team & virtual sales leadership.
Act as liaison between Client’s sales leadership and EVERSANA.
Work with Client field leadership for full integration within the Client’s team.
Responsible for effective program oversight serving as single point of contact for the Client.
Participate in marketing strategy discussions and provide input on messaging and collateral.
