Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience providing primary care to adult patients.
• Telemedicine experience required.
• Comfortable delivering care through synchronous and asynchronous channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active medical licensure in required states; multi-state licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients through virtual and asynchronous channels.
• Manage preventive care and chronic conditions, as well as appropriate acute concerns.
• Review and respond to patient messages and clinical requests with sound clinical judgment.
• Develop longitudinal relationships with patients through a virtual care model.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and care team members to coordinate patient care.
• Use technology and emerging AI-enabled tools to support efficient, high-quality care.
• Help improve clinical workflows, protocols, and the patient experience as the model evolves.
• Practice evidence-based medicine while maintaining appropriate documentation and regulatory compliance.
