Included Health seeks physicians to deliver holistic, longitudinal virtual primary care to a diverse patient panel. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and uphold evidence-based care with a patient-centered approach.

The role emphasizes telehealth delivery, managing urgent and chronic needs, and maintaining high patient satisfaction within a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• 3–4-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds or equivalent.
• Active medical license and board certification in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA).
• 3+ years post-residency primary care experience managing an independent patient panel.
• Willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs).
• Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid participation with no sanctions.
• Active Medicare status and multiple state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual primary care through video visits, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.
