Job summary

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP seeks a Virtual Legal Support Assistant (VLS) for a fully remote, 40-hour workweek. You will process sensitive case-related tasks, provide professional remote communication, and support the VLS Department across Direct Support, Document Processing and New Matter Intake.

Training is provided, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, disability and life insurance are available. Shifts are daytime, US-wide with a 1-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a law firm setting.
• Strong proficiency with MS Teams andMicrosoft Office.
• Experience with iManage, Chrome River and Kofax preferred.

Responsibilities

• Polished and professional office communication as a visible representative of the VLS Department.
• Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists and save/distribute incoming mail.
• Download/save court ECF filings and process vendor invoices and expense reimbursements using Chrome River.
