Job summary

You will manage data entry, organize legal documents, assist with court prep, and communicate professionally with clients and internal teams, delivering accurate work on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or legal assistant role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Update internal firm and client systems within the required timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, digitally file and properly organize legal documentation.
• Prepare items for court appearances and review documents for routing.
• Communicate professionally across phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Complete trainings in the Firm LMS and perform additional duties as assigned.
