Responsibilities

• Review data before appointments and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Deliver virtual energy auditing services to utility customers via phone, text or video.
• Initiate conversations about energy usage and build rapport in a virtual setting.
• Conduct virtual walk-through energy assessments identifying energy-saving opportunities.
• Educate end users on energy efficiency and rebates.
• Explain findings and rebate options to building owners.
• Instruct on installation of energy-saving devices.
• Prepare audit reports with results and recommendations.
• Identify ways to improve program operations and delivery.
• Drive improvements in quality, satisfaction and productivity.
• Complete paperwork and records accurately.
• Follow safety rules; may require field support occasionally.
