Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience; 1–2 years in marketing, community organizing, education or customer service.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; energy efficiency designations are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Review data and energy usage to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Deliver virtual energy audits via phone, text or video.
• Explain audit findings and rebate options to customers.
• Instruct on installing energy-saving devices.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
