Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a motivated professional to deliver virtual energy auditing and customer education, identifying opportunities for energy savings across residential properties. You will communicate results, explain rebates, and guide customers through energy-saving installations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related work experience; 1–2 years in marketing, community organizing, education, customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex topics virtually.

Responsibilities

• Review data and site information to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Provide virtual energy auditing via phone, text, or video chat.
• Explain findings and rebates to customers and instruct on energy-saving installations.
• Prepare audit reports with results and recommendations.
• Travel as needed (<10%) for field support when required.
