Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate VP, Clinical Product & Strategy to shape clinical programs across home health and Medicare Advantage. This leader will drive cross-functional execution and improve value-based care performance in a remote US-based role.

Partner with clinical and care management teams to launch scalable services for high-risk members and deliver measurable impact, with a focus on reducing avoidable costs and enhancing member engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of experience leading managers and professional teams.
• Strong command of Medicare Advantage and value-based care dynamics.
• Proven ability to build and scale clinical programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop the roadmap for clinical programs that enhance home health and MA performance.
• Oversee execution of strategic clinical programs with performance mgmt.
• Lead quality improvement efforts for home health populations.
• Expand use of home health services to demonstrate network savings.
• Scale interventions to reduce avoidable costs including hospitalizations.
• Build programs to enhance member engagement and ongoing care management.
• Identify and develop services for high-risk members beyond traditional home health.
