Job summary

The ideal candidate is a nurse leader with 7+ years in healthcare, 5+ years in leadership, and experience in virtual care, telehealth, and operations.

Qualifications

• RN license and advanced clinical leadership background.
• 7+ years of healthcare experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or nursing leaders.
• Experience in healthcare operations, virtual care, telehealth and care coordination.
• Strong operational, financial and analytical acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead across nursing and care coordination functions in a fully virtual care model.
• Develop nursing leaders and scalable care delivery processes.
• Ensure clinical quality and build the operating structure to support rapid growth.
