Full Circle CX is seeking dependable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistants to join our remote call center team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide professional support, and perform off-phone tasks as needed.

This is a 1099 contract role with 20-40 hours per week. Candidates must have a neutral English accent, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Applicants from the United States and the Philippines are welcome.

Qualificações

• Neutral English accent required.
• 1–3 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a High School diploma.
• Experience in call center, customer service, or VA roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across phone, email, and chat.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using CRMs, VoIP, calendars, and common remote tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to client needs.
• Willingness to work a graveyard shift and be trained on new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups or reminders as required.
• Maintain accurate records in client-specific systems.
• Perform off-phone tasks such as scheduling, data processing, and email management.
• Adapt to varied client workflows and expectations.
• Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA where applicable.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Execute other duties assigned by leadership or clients.
