Job summary

Full Circle CX is seeking a detail-oriented Client Associate to join our operations team in a remote contract role. You will be the front line of communication for our clients, assisting with onboarding, client communications, and daily operational support as a liaison between internal teams and clients.

This remote position offers 20-40 hours per week, with emphasis on precise administration, timely responses, and strong written and verbal communication to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Neutral English accent required.
• 1+ year of relevant customer service experience.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to sit for long periods and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls; manage client inquiries professionally
• Schedule appointments, hearings, depositions, and meetings
• Maintain attorney calendars and court deadlines
• Organize and maintain case files
• Perform data entry and update case management systems
• Handle billing support, invoicing, and time tracking
• Coordinate e-filing with courts and government agencies
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and requests
• Prepare case summaries and chronology
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and exhibits
• Manage subpoenas, service of process, and correspondence
