ACC Solutions is seeking a Virtual Receptionist to be the friendly, professional voice for businesses nationwide. You will answer calls, take messages, book appointments, and route urgent issues according to client scripts in a fully remote role.

No prior call center experience is required; we provide full training and a supportive, U.S.-based team. This is a remote, work-from-home position with a shift-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly phone presence.
• Strong typing and the ability to multitask while talking.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Comfort learning new software quickly.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, following client scripts
• Take accurate messages and capture caller details
• Book appointments and route urgent calls per escalation rules
• Log every interaction accurately in our systems
• Deliver a warm, human experience on every call
