Job summary

This role supports telehealth and consumer services, with flexible scheduling. Onsite work may be required based on business needs; completion of a 40-hour New Hire Training is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required with accurate interpretation.
• Knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• 3–5 years interpreting experience preferred but not required.
• State-required credentials may apply and must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service and video remote interpreting.
• Maintain professional attitude and excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate punctuality and preparedness for shifts.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies at all times.
