Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. seeks a Content Producer, Videographer, and Editor for Studio Z to own video from concept to delivery. You will shoot, light, record, and edit across educational, product, and brand content, delivering high-quality videos for YouTube, social, and web channels.

You’ll contribute to creative direction, coordinate shoots, manage gear, and work within budget constraints. A strong reel and proficiency in Premiere Pro are essential; DaVinci Resolve and After Effects are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across video production, cinematography, editing, and motion graphics with a personal reel.
• Comfortable carrying a shoot on your own—scouting, lighting, miking, operating.
• Deep camera and technical content creation expertise with a strong visual point of view.
• Able to light and capture clean audio quickly in imperfect spaces.
• Strong editor and storyteller; proficient in Premiere Pro (preferred) or DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Studio Z's videographer and internal content creator across formats.
• Design and execute lighting for interviews and product setups in varying locations.
• Capture production audio for interviews, scripted content, vodcasts, and documentary shoots.
• Edit, mix, color, and finish own work in Premiere Pro; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve a plus.
• Build or utilize motion graphics templates and animate product UI in After Effects.
• Support concept development, shot lists, storyboards, logistics, and budget-conscious decisions.
• Own and maintain Studio Z's camera, lighting, and audio kit and drive equipment investments.
• Partner with Post Production to connect production to post in a cloud-based workflow.
• Direct and manage external vendors or on-set crews.
• Share knowledge and improve workflows to elevate the team.
• Travel for shoots and retreats as needed.
