Zillow Group's Studio Z is seeking an inventive hybrid creator-strategist who can direct and edit while also appearing on camera to voice the brand across social channels.

You will translate real-time cultural moments into engaging brand content, apply agile production tools, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to publish timely pieces.

This remote role may include equity awards and a base salary aligned with location and experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years creating social content for major brands or growing a personal channel.
• Strong on-camera presence and storytelling ability.
• End-to-end short-form video production experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-camera host and storyteller for Zillow’s social channels.
• Monitor trends and real-time conversations to inform storytelling.
• Concept, script, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native content quickly.
• Iterate on recurring social series and formats to grow audience.
• Coordinate with internal teams on production logistics and approvals.
• Maintain fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and emerging platforms.
