Job description

About the team

Zillow is building a world-class creative organization that delivers compelling Brand, B2C, and B2B communications across customer touchpoints. StudioZ is Zillow’s in-house creative agency, delivering integrated campaigns, performance marketing, and channel-specific content at increasing scale and complexity.

About the role

The Video Producer will help invent and build the engine behind StudioZ’s growing video operation. Part producer and part operations and systems thinker, they will shape how video moves from idea to audience—connecting production, project management, post-production, publishing, and growth.

This role requires hands‑on experience across the full video lifecycle, including on‑set production and post‑production, as well as a strong understanding of YouTube and digital video. The Video Producer will bring structure to a fast‑moving content pipeline while finding smarter, more scalable ways to create, manage, publish, and improve the work.

Above all, they are positive, collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑driven—a production wizard and systems nerd. They are curious, kind, resourceful, and inventive; bring options and recommendations; and love connecting teams to make both the process and the content better.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage the video pipeline from intake through delivery, including content calendars, project tracking sheets, project management tools, production schedules, shot lists, media management, post production, and publishing workflows. And identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and new tools.
  • Act as a central cross-functional connector for Marketing’s video operations by overseeing the unified content calendar, coordinating shared resources, maximizing cross-team capture opportunities, aligning producers, and connecting teams with post‑production resources.
  • Partner with editorial, social, creative, brand, media, and production teams to prioritize content and align stakeholders.
  • Support YouTube publishing operations, including calendars, packaging, performance reporting, testing, and optimization.
  • Coordinate internal crews and external agencies, production companies, and vendors; manage production logistics, bids, SOWs, budgets, and review processes.
  • Support creative and production decisions, including talent sourcing and post‑production needs, as appropriate.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
