Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Video Producer to build and manage StudioZ's growing video operation. You will connect production, project management, post, publishing, and growth to move ideas to audiences efficiently.

The role requires hands-on experience across the full video lifecycle, including on-set production and post-production, with a strong YouTube and digital video focus. Remote, collaborative, and data-driven work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in video production, content production, creative operations, or a related field.
• Strong project-management skills with multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end video production lifecycle and digital publishing.
• Experience working with internal creative teams, agencies, and production partners.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, SEO, audience behavior, and video analytics.

Aufgaben

• Manage the video pipeline from intake through delivery, including calendars, tracking sheets, tools, schedules, shot lists, media management, post production, and publishing workflows.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and new tools.
• Act as a central cross-functional connector for Marketing's video operations and coordinate shared resources.
• Partner with editorial, social, creative, brand, media, and production teams to prioritize content and align stakeholders.
• Support YouTube publishing operations, including calendars, packaging, performance reporting, testing, and optimization.
• Coordinate internal crews and external agencies, production companies, and vendors; manage logistics, bids, and budgets.
