Zillow Group Inc. invites a creative, high-execution Creator & Strategist to join StudioZ, Zillow’s in-house creative team. You will concept, shoot, and edit quick, platform-native content and act as the brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

You are adept at real-time cultural moments, collaborate across functions, and navigate approvals efficiently while maintaining strong taste and brand guardrails.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience creating social-first content for major brands, media platforms, or established personal channels.
• End-to-End Creator Craft: mastery of short-form video production (writing, shooting, lighting, editing).
• Collaborative, matrixed-team player with strong brand alignment.
• Natural on-camera presence and storytelling ability.
• Must upload a portfolio to the application.

Responsibilities

• Concept, script, shoot, and edit platform-native short-form content quickly.
• Serve as a confident voice and storyteller for Zillow social channels.
• Collaborate across StudioZ, internal LOB leads, Social, PR, and external agency partners.
• Monitor cultural trends and platform conversations to identify opportunities.
• Contribute to recurring social formats and translate brand narratives into engaging moments.
