Job summary

PetLab Co. seeks a Video Editor and Producer focused on AI-powered performance ads. Edit high-volume Meta, TikTok and YouTube campaigns, blending UGC, creator footage, stock and AI-generated video to drive purchases.

You’ll write hooks and scripts, shape creative strategy with our strategists and influencer teams, and deliver ads in a fast-paced, remote USA environment. A proven track record with AI ads is required.

Qualifications

4+ years of video editing experience, with paid social ads for DTC/eCommerce
Proven AI-powered ads creation experience with portfolio
High-volume ad production skills and result-driven mindset
Strong written and spoken English; ability to present ideas to a global team
Experience with AI video tools and platforms used for ad creation

Responsibilities

Edit performance-first video content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Write hooks and scripts; shape creative strategy with strategists and influencers
Produce AI-generated video assets and manage AI workflows
Test variations and analyze metrics to optimize ROAS and CPA
Export and organize files for quick media-buy launches
