You’ll work in a small pod under a Senior Creative Strategist, delivering edits that scale toward significant ad spend. The role emphasizes results, high-volume output, and strong English communication, with a remote, flexible schedule.

Qualificações

• Edited performance ads for 8- or 9-figure brands or DR agencies with budget accountability.
• Experience in beauty or supplement products with strong on-screen desirability.
• Edited long-form VSLs to maintain viewers in cold audiences.
• Proficient with up-to-date AI stack and selecting the right tool for each task.
• Results-driven, analyzes ad data without prompting.
• Ability to produce high-volume edits quickly without quality loss.
• Strong English to follow scripts and implement feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Edit paid video ads for Meta, from quick hook tests to long-form VSLs.
• Create purposeful b-roll: product application, textures, close-ups, demos.
• Convey product benefits rapidly to grab attention within seconds.
• Use AI daily for footage, b-roll, voiceover, avatars, and upscaling.
• Turn briefs into test-ready variations and refresh winning ads.
• Track ad performance and apply insights to subsequent edits.
