Job summary

UMAEZ LLC is seeking an AI-Focused Video Editor to craft AI-assisted video content for paid social ads across Meta and TikTok. You’ll generate AI visuals, edit for direct-response performance, and adapt concepts to brand voice.

The role emphasizes rapid turnaround, high output, and data-driven iteration with feedback from the creative team. Fully remote contractors with growth opportunities across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating or editing short-form video ads for paid social, UGC, DTC, direct-response, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation and creative tools.
• Strong portfolio showing video editing and AI-generated/assisted work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, attention retention, and Meta/TikTok formats.
• Ability to translate briefs/scripts into engaging, high-performing ads.
• Experience producing multiple creative variations for testing.
• Ability to combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing while maintaining quality.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated and AI-assisted video creatives for paid social advertising across Meta and TikTok.
• Generate AI visuals, scenes, product shots, characters, avatars, and UGC-style content per briefs.
• Turn scripts into AI-generated video assets while matching brand/audience/offer.
• Combine AI footage with traditional editing for polished ads.
• Edit AI-generated and traditional footage into UGC-style, direct-response ads.
• Produce multiple versions of the same concept for testing (hook, visuals, CTAs).
• Deliver fast-paced edits with strong pacing, captions, overlays, sound, and motion graphics.
• Ensure AI content feels natural and platform-native, not repetitive.
• Experiment with new AI tools to improve quality, speed, and capacity.
