Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, worldwide contractor role. The candidate will review AI-generated creative outputs, provide detailed human feedback, and work on graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and motion graphics tasks using industry tools.

Required paid experience in AI human-data work, familiarity with tools like Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva, and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
• Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.
• Must be able to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality feedback.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
