Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training. This contractor role supports graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and multimedia tasks across a remote, worldwide team.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools, plus strong English communication and attention to detail to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX with remote collaboration.
• Paid experience in AI human-data work and content annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using listed tools.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and propose improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
