Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and improve creative workflows. You will work remotely, collaborating on graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and multimedia tasks across a range of tools and platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related fields, experience with Figma/After Effects and AI data work, and strong English communication. Flexible schedule and international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
