Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects across graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia tasks. You will assess AI-generated content, provide precise human feedback, and help refine design workflows using a wide range of tools.

The role requires paid experience in AI human-data work and a strong eye for detail. This contract position is remote worldwide, with flexible scheduling and prompt onboarding for independent contributors.

Qualifications

Experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX required.
Paid experience in AI human-data work is required, not just using AI tools.
Strong English communication and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Perform structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural/Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Annotate, rate, and provide constructive feedback on AI outputs.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
