YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, worldwide contractor role. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, focusing on graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and multimedia workflows.

You will use tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, and Mural/Milanote to complete tasks, annotate outputs, and help optimize workflows, maintaining strict quality standards and

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX or related creative fields.
2+ years of professional creative experience preferred.
Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work required (data labeling, annotation, rubric-based grading).
Strong English communication and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, and Milanote.
Evaluate AI-generated designs and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and UX.
