Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist contractor to support a client project across graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and AI evaluation. You will assess AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and contribute to training data for AI models.

Applicants should have paid experience in AI human-data work, strong design software skills, and the ability to work remotely with attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or related fields.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling or content evaluation.
• Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and Adobe tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work independently remotely.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks across design and multimedia projects.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Ensure deliverables meet project guidelines and deadlines.
