Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional video editing and motion design.
• Portfolio with 3–5 work examples in editing, motion, AI.
• Strong composition, typography, pacing, color, animation, and sound.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects; Photoshop/Illustrator experience.
• Experience using AI in production beyond basic prompts.
• Hands-on with ComfyUI or similar visual generation workflows.
• Experience with Claude or similar tools for concept development.
• Strong English communication; available during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Edit compelling video for social media, podcasts, campaigns, events, and branding.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, and visual sequences.
• Use AI to generate and refine imagery and assets.
• Combine original footage with AI visuals, sound, and motion.
• Turn long recordings into focused short-form content with strong hooks.
• Build repeatable workflows to increase production capacity while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with teams to translate briefs into effective video.
