Job summary

Apexon is a digital-first technology services firm hiring for a VHIC Identity and Card Services Architect role. The position is remote with an active Secret clearance requirement, focusing on VHIC identity and card services for DoD VA programs and related platform integrations.

The Architect will lead architectural and operational efforts, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and controlled enhancements across identity validation and card issuance workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM and identity lifecycle management.
• Understanding of identity validation and system integration.
• Ability to support operational reliability and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and operational leadership for VHIC identity and card services.
• Support reliable day-to-day operations of identity and card service platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of operational incidents.
• Support system integrations and identity validation processes.
• Oversee card issuance and replacement workflows.
• Assess and support approved system enhancements.
• Coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders to maintain service reliability.
