Qualifications

• VTNE completed and credentialed veterinary technician.
• Minimum two years' experience in small animal veterinary medicine.
• Proficient with multiple computer programs and vet software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video to provide support and education on pet health.
• Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge and offer recommendations.
