Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Telehealth Veterinary Specialist to join our Medical Services Group. This position focuses on providing virtual veterinary care to pet guardians and enhancing wellness offerings.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid veterinary technician accreditation and possess at least 3 years of experience. The role includes engaging with clients via a web-based platform, coordinating urgent care with veterinary partners, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid veterinary technician permit/accreditation (CVT, LVT, or RVT).
• Graduate from an accredited veterinary science program.
• Possess 3 or more years of veterinary technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate pet guardians on wellness topics.
• Provide veterinary advice for Chewy’s Pet Wellness programs.
• Identify urgent cases for coordination with veterinary partners.

Skills

Veterinary technician permit/accreditation (CVT, LVT, or RVT)

Veterinary science degree from an accredited program

3+ years of veterinary technician experience
