VetWise is seeking a part-time Remote Veterinary Technician to support teletriage and client care. You will assess pet symptoms, guide owners on next steps, and log all interactions in the patient record system from your home office.

Requires Ontario or Alberta RVT registration, 3–5 years RVT experience, and 1 year of customer service. Weekend shifts are required; remote work offers flexibility and supportive teamwork.

Formación

• Active RVT registration in Ontario or Alberta required.
• Minimum 3–5 years RVT experience and 1 year customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong tech use.

Responsabilidades

• Perform remote triage and client support for telehealth visits.
• Educate clients on symptom management and post-consultation care.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate referrals to clinics.
• Document patient histories and interactions in the system.
• Provide emergency virtual triage and guidance until in-person care.
• Troubleshoot platform issues to ensure smooth consultations.
