Job summary

Modern Animal is hiring a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to support our member community remotely in the United States. You will assist clients via chat, phone, and video, triage cases, review records, and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on prescriptions.

The role requires VTNE completion, 2+ years in small animal medicine, strong communication, and comfort navigating vet software from a quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• VTNE completed and credentialed veterinary technician.
• Minimum two years' experience in small animal veterinary medicine.
• Proficient with multiple computer programs and vet software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

Requirements

• High-speed internet ( >100mb down/up, <10ms latency)
