Job summary

Elanco US Customer Experience Team seeks a Veterinary Technician (VT) to provide gold-standard technical support for the Pet Health portfolio, including parasiticides, therapeutics and biologics. This remote role reports to a Veterinary Technician Manager and emphasizes regulatory compliance and ADE/PQC investigations.

You will handle phone-based inquiries, document ADEs and PQCs, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with internal and external customers while meeting regulatory deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum two years clinical veterinary technician experience.
• Licensed RVT/LVT/CVT in one or more US states required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and handle phone-based customer support with exceptional service.
• Investigate and document ADEs and PQCs with regulatory focus.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Elanco pet health products and tech standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines for product support investigations.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver solutions.
