Job summary

HelmsBriscoe is seeking a Commission-based remote Venue Sourcing Meeting Consultant. You will work with clients to understand meeting requirements, provide tailored venue recommendations, and assist in contract negotiations. Work from anywhere with no geographic limits on clients or events.

Ideal candidates have sales or hotel industry experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to research and compare venues, manage contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales or operational experience in events or hotel industry.
• Venue sourcing and contract negotiation skills.
• Event management knowledge: logistics, scheduling, budgeting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
• Attention to detail and research/analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client meeting/event requirements and provide venue recommendations.
• Assist with contract negotiations and venue terms.
• Research and compare venue options, pricing, amenities, and contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage client communications.
