Job summary

Steno Agency, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Meetings & Events Manager in a remote field-marketing role. You will own internal meeting and event execution, scale programs for senior leadership visibility, and partner with the Field Marketing team.

Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, you will manage portfolios with end-to-end planning, travel up to 50%, and negotiate hotel/venue contracts while maintaining budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate meetings, internal events, or conference planning.
• End-to-end management of complex meetings and events from sourcing to on-site execution.
• Deep expertise negotiating hotel and venue contracts including room blocks and F&B minimums.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, invoice review and reconciliation skills.
• Managing multiple concurrent programs across timelines and budgets.
• Experience building preferred supplier networks or master service agreements.
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Marketing and external event portfolio during lower-volume periods.
