Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2–4 years in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for vendor communications and relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance and due diligence for vendors.
• Track vendor performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Maintain records of contracts and communications.
• Process purchase orders and invoices as required.
• Evaluate vendor proposals for pricing and quality.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal and finance to ensure compliance.
