Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for supplier communications and relationship management.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, compliance, and due diligence activities.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Maintain records of supplier contracts, agreements, and communications.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and related procurement documentation.
• Review supplier proposals, pricing, and service quality during selection.
• Investigate and resolve disputes or non-compliance promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance to support goals and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and supply chain developments.
• Prepare regular supplier reports, performance summaries, and leadership recommendations.
• Support supplier audits and reporting compliance.
