Openforce, a leading platform for the independent contractor community, seeks a Vendor Payroll Manager to lead the Settlement Team responsible for 1099 settlements and timely contractor payments. You will coach teams, resolve settlement issues, and strengthen client relationships within a cloud‑based software environment.

You will monitor submissions, analyze payments, and drive improvements to processes and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of front‑line management experience leading teams of 5 or more
• 2+ years of software account management experience
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and customer service principles
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Settlement Team and serve as the escalation point for client settlement issues, both internally and externally.
• Monitor client settlement submissions and ensure timely action by the team.
• Review processed settlements and newly configured deductions, identify root causes of errors, and implement fixes to reduce manual mistakes.
• Identify and lead improvements to settlement processes to streamline submissions and reduce errors.
• Ensure smooth handoff from Implementation to Settlement Team after client enrollment and onboarding.
• Build strong internal relationships with Client Services, Strategic Account Management, Accounting, Product, and Engineering.
