Job summary

Openforce is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Administrator to support our Accounting team with cash flow processes and daily settlement tasks. You will monitor and post client funds, process ACH and wire transfers, and handle vendor payments within our proprietary software and accounting systems.

Ideal candidates bring strong math skills, high integrity, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience with CMS Settlement System preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume banking correspondence via multiple channels.
• Post daily transactions to proprietary software and accounting systems.
• Review and process ACH, wire funding, and settlement payments.
• Handle vendor payments, child support payments, garnishments, and withholding requests.
• Prepare and monitor monthly client invoicing and payments; reconcile invoices.
