Job summary

Remote is seeking a Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager to own collaborations with external payroll partners and to drive global payroll operations. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll Vendor Operations and work within the Payroll Vendor Management team.

The role emphasizes end-to-end management of vendor relationships, contract negotiations, country onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration across Tax, Legal, Security and Onboarding teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations.
• Experience implementing payroll software in multiple countries.
• Experience managing third-party payroll vendor relationships.
• Excellent contract negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in spreadsheets.
• Able to work asynchronously in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Vendor scoping and research for global payroll vendors.
• Perform market research and cost analyses for vendors.
• Onboard new countries, manage vendor negotiations and data migrations.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Track costs and invoices, report anomalies to leadership.
• Coordinate with Tax, FP&A, Legal, Security, and Onboarding teams to deploy payroll solutions.
• Develop training plans and training resources for participants.
